Eventex has unveiled Eventex Summit — a flagship live gathering for the global events and experience marketing industry, taking place November 3–4, 2027, in Vienna. The Summit marks the first time Eventex has returned to a physical stage since 2017.
Eventex Summit brings together the people who create, commission, and shape conferences, brand experiences, exhibitions, festivals, and live productions of every kind, for two days of shared programming, direct exchange, and the kind of conversations that don't happen anywhere else. The Summit is also where Eventex recognition comes to life, with every element of the program built to put exceptional work — and the people behind it — in the spotlight.
The program centers on three pillars: celebrating excellence in award-winning work, connecting peers and senior decision-makers through focused streams and curated meetings, and turning those connections into new ideas and business impact. The full program will be announced ahead of the event.
