Eventex Summit 2027: The industry returns to the physical stage

Some announcements are just news. This one is a milestone.

On November 3–4, 2027, Eventex goes to Vienna — the first time Eventex has brought its community together on a physical stage since 2017. For an industry built on live experience, this is a real homecoming.

Where the industry comes together

Eventex Summit is the global gathering for the people who make events and experience marketing happen: the ones who commission, create, and shape conferences, brand experiences, exhibitions, festivals, and live productions of every kind. Two days of shared programming, organic networking, and the kind of conversations that don't happen over email or across a feed.

It's also where Eventex recognition comes to life. From the opening session to the closing moment, the Summit is built to put exceptional work — and the people behind it — in the spotlight they've earned.

Why it's worth clearing your calendar

While the full program is still taking shape, there’s already plenty of reasons to book your ticket to Vienna.

  • Celebrate excellence. See award-winning work up close, hear directly from the people who made it, and watch outstanding industry work get the recognition it deserves — live, on stage.
  • Meet the best. Focused streams, curated meetings, and social formats built for real connection — with peers, senior decision-makers, and the companies shaping where the industry goes next.
  • Build what's next. The people you meet and the ideas you leave with are only as good as what you do with them. The Summit is designed to turn both into stronger partnerships and business impact you can actually point to.

Who will be in the room

Eventex Summit is built for industry leaders — the people shaping, commissioning, and driving the events and experience marketing industry forward. But the room won't be limited to the C-suite. Emerging professionals, creative producers, suppliers, agency leaders, venue owners, and senior brand commissioners will all find a program relevant to where they are and what they need. Delegate streams are designed to make sure the content and the connections match your stage of career, not just your job title.

You don't need to be an Eventex Awards winner to attend — the Summit is open to the wider industry, with delegate places curated for the right mix of experience, seniority, and perspective. That said, Awards winners get priority access and dedicated recognition programming.
