Agnieszka Majkowska

Her twofold professional background embraces degrees in linguistics and finance management. With such diverse orientation she easily finds her way in MICE, being equally sensitive to communication as well as economical aspects of events and incentives. She started as a university teacher to then shift into industry episode and finally to insurance. With successful career record in Nationale Nederlanden and Axa, she found her professional port in Prudential Polska, where she holds the role of Agent Experience Director responsible for Tied Agency network support & motivation. Incentives and events are for Agnieszka not only a part of job description but her real passion, and this has been recognised with several MICE industry awards.
