Juba is the founder and CEO of iV8 Group, with over two decades of experience in marketing and corporate events. His approach combines strategic thinking, close client collaboration, and attention to detail, from planning through delivery.
Founded in 2009, iV8 brings together three divisions: Marketing and Events, Event and Exhibition Design, and Retail Design. With its own production facility and operations across Brazil, the company connects strategy, creative design, and fabrication to serve Brazilian and multinational brands. Juba places lasting relationships, transparency, and accountability at the heart of this work, with a commitment to giving clients peace of mind throughout each project.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Juba was a professional tennis player and coached athletes competing on the ITF, ATP, and WTA circuits, including during his time with the Catalan Tennis Federation in Barcelona. His experience in high-performance sport helped shape a leadership approach grounded in discipline, preparation, and the continuous pursuit of excellence.
