Melissa Campbell is an experiential marketing specialist and Co-Founder of Just Honest, a Dubai-based creative agency known for bold, unforgettable brand experiences. With over 18 years in the global events industry, she has delivered everything from large-scale conferences to music festivals and international brand activations working with organisations including Virgin, Meta, Google, Oracle, BBC and more.
Before launching Just Honest Agency, Melissa spent 17 years shaping experiences for both brands and agencies, holding senior roles across events delivery, experiential strategy, programme management, agency operations and leadership. Her approach blends strategic storytelling, creativity and sustainability to design experiences that truly connect with audiences and deliver measurable results.
Beyond her consulting and agency work, Melissa also founded the Makers & Minds Collective, a community dedicated to empowering creatives, mentoring emerging talent and building inclusive spaces for collaboration and change in Dubai, UAE.
