Nina Żukowska

Founder of Świat Eventów, specializing in neuro-inclusive and psychology-driven experience design. Author of event industry books and a certified business trainer with 20 years of experience. She has produced and directed events for some of the largest companies in Poland and is known for inspiring clients to rethink traditional event formats and design experiences that are deeply participant-centered.

In addition to her production work, she created one of the first educational platforms for the event industry in Poland – Świat Eventów – as well as a range of e-books, live sessions, and training programs used by thousands of event managers. As a speaker, she presents at industry conferences and universities, and her educational work continues to shape event design standards in the country.

She also collaborates with the #DOBRYhasztag Foundation as the director of the largest anti-hate educational event in Poland – Akcja RELacja. Hej Ty Reaguj!
