Thomas Mauch is Senior International Sales Manager at Bella Center Copenhagen, bringing over 20 years of international experience in the events and hospitality industry. His career spans senior roles at RAI Amsterdam, the QEII Centre in London, and ICCA, where he built a strong track record in commercial growth, international bidding, and strategic partnerships.
Named among the “50 Most Influential Venue Professionals” in 2023 and 2024, Thomas is recognized for his connector energy, global perspective, and commitment to encouragement of inclusivity across the meetings industry. A strong advocate for innovation, he champions the use of emerging technologies such as AI and AR to enhance event design and impact.
Beyond his role at Bella Center, Thomas actively mentors next-generation leaders through IMEX Future Leaders, Elevate, and ECM programs. 2025 marks his fourth year serving on the Eventex Awards jury, where he brings both expertise and passion for celebrating excellence in events.
