A willingness to go there. Someone comfortable owning a strong opinion, sitting with an uncomfortable question.

No PR filter. This isn't a polished case study slot. It's a chance to say the thing that's usually reserved for after the conference, at the bar.

Yes. What matters is whether the person fits what we're looking for above — not how you know them.

What information will I need to provide?

The proposal form will walk you through the details we need about the person and why you think their story belongs on the show.

Does putting someone forward guarantee them a spot?

No. Each proposal is reviewed before anyone is invited on.

Will I hear back either way?

Given the number of proposals we receive, we're not able to respond to each one individually. If a nomination looks like a strong match for the show, we'll follow up directly to take it further.

What happens if they're invited on?

We'll reach out to the nominee directly to walk them through what to expect — the format, the tone, and how to prepare.
