I’m a firm believer that a carefully selected moderator-facilitator will make meetings more effective, more fun and definitely more worthwhile. My dream is to raise the standard of meetings worldwide, by providing them with the best moderators. My mission is to upgrade the moderator profession by training both professional and unexperienced moderators, offering personal coaching, in-company trainings and the very succesful workshop Mastering Moderation.

All of them involving meeting design, ROI and moderation.Name one thing that inspired you at an event you attended:Many years ago, a speech by sailer Steve Goss kept me on the edge of my seat … for 2,5 hours! And what keeps on inspiring me everytime, is when magic happens; when people become one and are fully engaged.Least favourite thing about events:Everything, when ill-designed and moderated badly.What event would you go back in time for?The most recent Tom Waits concert in Holland, that I missed  … and Eventex 2016 of course.One item you can’t live without?It’s not items, I can’t live without.
