Online Relations and Event Marketing Consultant

Who are you really?
I am a guy who likes to keep a number of balls in the air – that is why I started my own event and content marketing business roughly 3 years ago.

Personal credo… Don’t be shy – go for it!

When you were a kid, you wanted to be… an archeologist.

You became… content marketeer and video journalist.

What would people say about you based on your handwriting? – Nice guy – if only I could read his handwriting…

Which book do you think everyone should read? – An Optimists Tour of the Future / Mark Stevenson

Would you rather be the funniest or the most intelligent person in the room? – Rather the funniest. But I was born German… 🙁

The hardest thing about being in events… Always reinventing the wheel.

And the easiest? – Always reinventing the wheel.

Describe how you imagine a conference 100 years from now – People will meet in real life – like they did for 1000s of years.

The best advice you ever received… On the weekend, do something that you never did before.

Honest arrogance or hypocritical humility? – No idea what you are trying to say…

Action or thriller? – Thriller

Surprise ending or a happy ending? – Surprise ending

Practice without theory is… doable.

Less is more when… Let me say it with Rodin: “The work of art is already within the block of marble. I just chop off whatever isn’t needed.”

At the end of the day… it’s the experiences that matter.
