It’s the most exciting time of the year - the awards season! The Oscar nominations 2019 have just been announced and so is the list of finalists for the “Oscars” in the events world - Eventex Awards. Eventex Awards 2019 is a true record-breaker – bigger and better than ever! The 9th Global Eventex Awards expanded its scope and reach to encompass all aspects of the event industry – events, suppliers, technologies, venues and more.
We pride ourselves for our complete transparency, stellar jury and innovation at every step. The 50+ judges are cherry-picked top influencers and thought leaders from the industry. Every judge is required to declare affiliations with any of the competing entries and is not assigned to a category with such entries. Judges evaluate the entries for their creativity and innovation, planning and execution and last but not least effectiveness and results. Once the winners are announced, every entry, vote and comment is made public online. The People’s Choice category is decided by public voting. This year, the record number of 4747 people voted to select the top three in this category.One of the major innovations this year is the incorporating of Evalato awards management software that helps us ensure easy application and a fair and uninfluenced judging process.
