We are excited to lift the veil on The top 100 agencies and event organizers for 2024! Just like every year, the Eventex index comes to recognize continued excellence in events and experience marketing, as demonstrated by the industry’s finest. 

Index stats & facts   

The index includes agencies and event organizers from a total of 31 countries. This year, the Netherlands has dethroned the US as the most represented country with 14 agencies. The US is the runner-up with 11, followed closely by Poland with 10. The UK and Germany round out the top 5 with 8 and 7, respectively. 

Other notable facts this year include: 

• Qatar Vision Production Company is at the top of this year’s ranking, boasting 2390 points based on a total of 74 awards over the course of the Eventex Awards editions under consideration. 
• WINK Creative Experiential Agency takes the no 2 spot with 1975 points and 44 awards, while Leap Creative Studio is no 3 with 1780 points and 23 awards. 
• The top 5 ranking is completed by fischerAppelt (1350 points and 15 awards) and Media.Monks (1250 points and 32 awards). 
• The top 3 agency networks represented in the index include fischerAppelt (1350 points and 19 entries), 27Names (1030 points and 33 entries), and BEIC (450 points and 13 entries).

How to get featured in the index 

Now, let’s take a behind-the-scenes look at how The Eventex top 100 agencies and event organizers are decided. The ranking represents consistent excellence in the meetings and events industry over the last 3 years, as determined by the number of Eventex awards won during that period:

• For Eventex Awards 2024, a Platinum award is equivalent to 150 points, Gold comes in at 100 points, Silver award winners get 50 points, and Bronze awards mean 30 points. 
• For the 2023 and 2022 editions, Platinum winners snap 75 points, Gold yields 50 points, while 25 and 15 points go for Silver and Bronze winners, respectively.

Agency networks (where specified) meanwhile get the same points as their respective winning agencies for their separate ranking.
