Eventex unveils the top 100 agencies and event organizers for 2025

We are happy to unveil 2025’s Top 100 Agencies & Event Organizers! This Eventex index recognizes continued excellence, celebrating the best of the best in the events and experience marketing industry. 

2025 stats & facts   

The index includes agencies and event organizers from a total of 34 countries. The US has returned as the most represented country in the index with 15 agencies. The Netherlands is the runner-up with 9, followed closely by Poland and Germany with 7 each. The UK, Spain and France share the number 4 spot with 5 agencies each, while the UAE, Turkey, and Brazil round out the top 5 with 4 agencies each.   

Other notable facts this year include: 

• fischerAppelt leads the pack this year, boasting as many as 3125 points, courtesy of 49 awards. 
• Qatar Vision Production Company is the runner-up, with 2875 points and 93 awards. 
• WINK Creative Experiential Agency is at the no 3 spot this year, with 2615 points and 44 awards. 
• LEAP Creative Studio is at no 4 (1840 points and 33 awards), and Sela and Newcastle United share the no 5 spot with 1830 points and 22 awards.

Changes ahead  

Wondering how the Eventex top 100 agencies and event organizers are decided? The ranking represents consistent excellence in the events and experience marketing over the last 3 years, as determined by the number of Eventex awards won during that period.

• For Eventex Awards 2025, a Platinum award is equivalent to 150 points, Gold comes in at 100 points, Silver award winners get 50 points, and a Bronze award is equal to 30 points. 
• For the 2024 and 2023 editions, Platinum winners snap 75 points, Gold yields 50 points, while 25 and 15 points go for Silver and Bronze winners, respectively.

Going forward, however, the Eventex index of the Top 100 Agencies & Event Organizers will also take into account winners in the new Grand Prix categories. This means that entering a Grand Prix category and winning will give a head start to first-time Eventex Awards entrants and winners for next year’s index.
