The events industry's benchmark returns: Eventex reveals the Top 100 Agencies 2026

Built on 3,851 entries from 79 countries across three editions, the Eventex Index ranks the organizations that deliver sustained award-winning performance worldwide. This year, the Eventex Index also features new rankings for the top brands commissioning events, as well as the most-awarded events for the year.

What makes the Eventex Index a leading industry benchmark is its methodology — rather than relying on nominations, surveys, or editorial selection, it rewards actual award performance. Points accumulate across several consecutive editions based on awards won, allowing the rankings to reflect which organizations consistently produce recognized work over time.

Agency index overview

Built on three editions of Eventex Awards results — 2024, 2025, and 2026 — the Eventex Top 100 Agencies & Event Organizers 2026 draws on 3,851 entries from 79 countries. 

• fischerAppelt leads the way with 6,805 points and 114 awards
• Qatar Vision Production Company "QVision" comes in second with 3,215 points, 61 awards
• WINK Creative Experiential Agency is third with 2,945 points, 50 awards
• Stargate Group Werbeagentur takes the number 4 spot with 2,790 points, 36 awards
• George P. Johnson rounds out the top 5 with 2,235 points, 33 awards

Inside the ranking

• Collaboration is key. The strongest work is increasingly a team effort. Several of the year's most awarded events were submitted by multiple agencies. For the events industry, winning together is becoming as valuable as winning alone.
• New names can rise fast. Only 47 agencies return from last year's ranking, and 54 are new to it. Across a three-year window, that turnover shows how many agencies are producing award-level work, and how much it takes to stay in the ranking once you're there.

Top 100 Brands behind events

Qatar Foundation leads the Eventex Top 100 Brands 2026 with 3,060 points from 50 awards. Corona follows with 2,220 points from 35 awards, and WienTourismus is third with 1,400 points from 10 awards. The ranking covers 506 brands and organizations that earned points across the same three editions.

• The biggest event clients aren't only consumer brands. Sports is the most represented industry, with 13 organizations in the Top 100, from Newcastle United and the NBA to FIFA and the Asian Football Confederation. Government and public bodies come next with 12. Together, those two groups outnumber technology and automotive brands combined.
• Qatar's presence runs deep. Besides Qatar Foundation at No. 1, six more organizations carrying the country's name made the ranking, from QatarEnergy to Qatar Airways.

Top 20 Most Awarded Events 2026

The Eventex Top 20 Most Awarded Events 2026 covers the latest Eventex Awards edition. Drawing on 1,405 entries from 58 countries, the ranking is led by the Maqbool Fida Husain Museum Opening, produced by fischerAppelt for Qatar Foundation, with 2,090 points from 24 awards. 

Corona: Beach 100, by WINK Creative Experiential Agency for Corona, follows with 1,510 points from 17 awards. WALTZ INTO SPACE, delivered by Stargate Group Werbeagentur and Jung von Matt DONAU for WienTourismus, takes third with 1,400 points from 10 awards.

• Culture and place led the year. Three of the top five events were made for a foundation, a city tourism board, and a forest owners' association.
• Poland had the most events on the list. Poland hosted five of the ranking's events, more than any other country.
