The time has again come to lift the veil on this year’s most influential people in the events industry! The Eventex Powerlist for 2025 features top-tier event professionals from around the globe who have made an impact with their creativity, vision, and capacity for innovation. Decided entirely by the events community, only 100 professionals are included in the main list, with an additional selection featured across regional or specialty powerlists.  

2025 powerlist stats & facts  

As many as 2250 individuals from 79 countries were nominated for the 2025 Eventex Powerlist of the 100 most influential people in the events industry. The nominations garnered a massive 21,613 votes on our Evalato-powered public voting portal to determine the final list. 

• The top 3 countries represented in the powerlist include the US with 23 individuals, followed by the UAE and Brazil with 12 and 8, respectively. Saudi Arabia, with 7, and Poland, with 6, round out the top 5. 
• Some of the most notable brands and organizations whose employees made the list include NVIDIA, The HEINEKEN Company, Salesforce, Pico EMEA, Amazon Web Services (AWS), IMEX, Encore APAC, RingCentral, and Kenes Group. 
• As many as 25 members of the Eventex Awards 2026 jury are featured in the powerlist, accounting for about a quarter of our prestigious jury panel.
