Carly Vidal-Wallace is an event specialist with over 15 years’ experience designing, budgeting, and delivering large-scale and immersive events. Her career began with runway and fashion festivals, including founding and leading Brisbane Fashion Month, before evolving into the creation of highly immersive fantasy gala balls and community-driven experiences through Celestial Fantasy Events.

Across her career, Carly has delivered and ticketed more than 10,000 attendees and oversees every aspect of her business — from concept development and community building to full event production and execution. Known for blending creativity with strong operational planning, she brings a deep understanding of audience experience, logistics, and innovation, making her well placed to assess and judge outstanding events on a global stage.
