
Frank de Redelijkheid has over twenty-five years of international management experience in the fields of sponsorship, marketing, large-scale events, ceremonies, and live entertainment. He has successfully combined a long-standing career in global sports marketing and event operations with strategic leadership roles in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, delivering some of the world’s most high-profile sporting and corporate events.
Frank de Redelijkheid serves as Director of Special Events & Entertainment at the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) in Zurich. In this role, he is responsible for the development, planning, and delivery of FIFA’s global special events portfolio, including corporate events, tournament draws, stadium entertainment, opening and closing ceremonies, trophy tours, and FIFA Fan Festivals for the FIFA World Cup, FIFA Women’s World Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, and all other FIFA tournaments. He leads a multidisciplinary team of FIFA staff and freelancers and holds full budgetary and operational responsibility, working closely with stakeholders across all FIFA divisions and external partners.
Earlier in his career at FIFA, he worked in the Marketing Division as Alliances Manager, managing global sponsorship partnerships and supporting partner activations across FIFA tournaments.
Prior to joining FIFA, Frank de Redelijkheid held senior event and marketing roles at Credit Suisse in Zurich, leading European client promotions, sponsorship activations, and high-level corporate events. He began his career on the agency side as a Project Leader at Spectrum Events AG, delivering corporate and international events across Switzerland and Europe.
