Princess Norah Abdulmohsen Al Saud

Princess Norah possesses extensive expertise in international and executive protocol, with a proven capacity to navigate and engage effectively across diverse cultural contexts. She served as the Head of the Protocol Office in Diriyah, working closely with the Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Gerard (Jerry) Inzerillo.

In this leadership role, she directed protocol operations, managed high-level engagements, and coordinated multinational delegations and distinguished visits, ensuring consistently elevated standards and representation.

During her tenure, she contributed to the development of operational policies, workflow structures, and protocol guidelines that enhanced the consistency and efficiency of executive engagements. She also supported the strategic management of the GCEO’s external relations, overseeing aspects related to visits, gifts, stakeholder interactions, and high-level logistics, while helping strengthen relationship-management systems, including the early development of an advanced CRM designed to support executive and international outreach.

In addition to her protocol specialization, she serves as a business management consultant, providing strategic advisory support and contributing to organizational planning and development.

She was invited as a speaker at the Kingdom Business & Luxury Travel Congress (KBLT 2025), where she contributed to discussions on luxury travel, international service excellence, and cross-cultural engagement, reflecting her growing presence in global professional forums.

Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies (Management Information Systems) from the Arab Open University, successful completion of Yale University’s course “Moral Foundations of Politics,” and her ongoing pursuit of a Post-Graduate Diploma in Peaceful Coexistence and Tolerance with UPEACE–KHGC–Gioya. These qualifications collectively reinforce her professional standing and her commitment to leadership, diplomacy, and cross-cultural understanding.
