The ranking is entirely curated by the events community, which first nominated, and then determined the individuals who made the list. 

• The 2024 edition of The 100 Most Influential People in the Events Industry index saw as many as 1086 nominations. 
• The top 3 countries represented in the index include the US with 25 individuals, followed by UAE and the UK with 14 and 8, respectively. 
• Some of the most notable organizations whose employees made the list include Group - Brazil, IMEX Group, MCI Middle East, George P Johnson, VOK DAMS worldwide, RainFocus, BW Events, Kenes Group, Amazon Web Services, and Bizzabo.
