As one of the top experience marketing award programs worldwide, our tireless work goes into recognising spectacular events and stellar event companies from every corner of the world. As much as we are devoted to awarding such agencies, venues, suppliers and technology, we believe it is equally important to recognise exceptional individuals who have left a mark on the industry with their creativity and visionary approach towards creating memorable event experiences. That’s what the annual Eventex Index: 100 Most Influential People in the Event Industry is all about. And more importantly, it’s decided entirely by you - the event professionals from around the world. Now you get to nominate and then to vote for the people you believe have influenced the industry the most.

  • Nomination period: 06 – 14 October
  • Voting: 15 – 23 October
  • Announcing the results: 1 November

Creativity, vision, innovation

The qualities and traits we are looking to recognize are creativity, vision and innovation. You know someone who has left a mark on the events world and fits the profile? Do not hesitate to drop their name in the nomination hat! The results will be announced on the 27th of October and we look forward to shining light on some of the event industry superstars.
