We are excited to lift the veil on Eventex Awards 2025 — the world’s leading awards for events and experience marketing. The 15th edition of Eventex Awards is here to celebrate the best that the events industry has to offer, including events and experiences, services, venues, agencies, teams, and event professionals. 

Eventex Awards 2025 comes hot on the heels of another record-breaking edition that saw a 4-digit number of entries (1207) for the first time in the awards’ history, hailing from 62 countries and 6 continents. (Fingers crossed for Antarctica this year!) That said, we have no fear that the new edition will shine even brighter as we introduce some changes as part of our commitment to constantly evolving creativity and innovation. 

A category makeover 

We have again refreshed our catalog of categories to reflect the latest industry trends, highlight the impact of marketing and communications in the events industry, and celebrate individual achievements. 

• We’re introducing a new Individual achievements group in the Agencies & Teams track, giving the efforts of event professionals the recognition they deserve, with some of the categories including Creative Director, Event Manager, Master of Ceremonies, Speaker, etc.  
• A richer catalog of categories in our Marketing, Communications & Strategies track that brings aspects of events and experiences into a sharper focus. 
• A new category celebrating the use of drones to reflect the rise in popularity of this technology for events and experiences. 

A focus on confidentiality 

We are introducing a new section with confidential information in the application form, that will remain visible only to the Eventex Awards jury even after the results are publicly announced. 

Given our commitment to transparency, however, we will keep the confidential information limited to this section alone and will make the rest (including images, videos, and jury feedback) public after the results are officially announced. 

People’s Choice Awards update 

The 2025 edition will see the People’s Choice Awards include 12 categories which we are making free to enter for all registered applicants with at least one entry in a jury-evaluated category.
