
Andy Reardon, President of Live Events of Creative Technology Middle East, is a globally recognized leader in live events and systems integration markets, with over 30 years of experience delivering complex, large-scale productions worldwide. Based in the Middle East for more than 14 years, he currently serves as President of Live Events for Creative Technology Middle East (CTME), part of the NEP Group, where he oversees the largest AVL operation in the region.
Beginning his career as a lighting technician, Andy progressed through technical, project, and executive leadership roles, driven by a passion for innovation across lighting, LED, audio, and immersive event environments. In 2011, he relocated to the Middle East, where he established Creative Technology’s Qatar operation and was subsequently appointed Managing Director for the wider Middle East, playing a key role in the company’s regional growth.
Widely respected across the global events industry, Andy has been voted among the Top 50 Most Influential Event Professionals globally and recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Influential People in the Middle East Events Industry. His career highlights include leadership roles on landmark projects such as the Guinness World Record–winning Al Wasl Dome at Expo 2020 Dubai and award-winning contributions to the FIFA World Cup 2022, alongside many of the region’s most significant cultural, sporting, and ceremonial events.
Under his leadership, CTME has earned multiple industry awards for production excellence, technical delivery, and creative innovation, driven by sustained investment in people, cutting-edge technology, and world-class infrastructure across the GCC. Key accolades include, but are not limited to, Best Light and Sound Solution for Harry Potter: A Riyadh Season Adventure (2025) and the Dubai World Cup Closing Ceremony (2024); Best Video Solution for LIWA (2025) and the 52nd UAE Union Day Ceremony (2024); the Guinness World Record for the World’s Largest Interactive Immersive Dome at Al Wasl Dome (2023); and the Sports Emmy Award for Outstanding Technical Team – Studio for the FIFA World Cup (2022–2023).
