At the helm of the iV8 Group for over 17 years, he leads a solid and well-positioned company in the sector, integrating a marketing agency structure, its own warehouse for manufacturing sets and stands for fairs and congresses, as well as the development of design projects for retail. The combination of strategy, creativity, and in-house operation guarantees a high standard of quality and consistent delivery for national and multinational companies.

With a career marked by discipline and performance, Juba was also a former professional tennis player and coach of ITF, ATP, and WTA athletes for the Catalan Tennis Federation in Barcelona, ​​Spain — an experience that strengthened his results-oriented, overcoming challenges, and high-performance mindset.
