Pavel Kolesár

Pavel Kolesár is the Head of the Event Centre at the Prague University of Economics and Business. He leads a team responsible for the university’s key conferences and flagship events in the fields of economics, business and data. His work stands at the intersection of the event industry and academia, focusing on events that strengthen the university’s brand and support its scientific and educational mission.

He has been active in event management for more than ten years. His expertise covers large-scale events with distinguished guests such as the President of the European Parliament, ministers, central bank governors, bank CEOs, participants of presidential debates, Nobel Prize laureates and experts from international institutions. At the same time, his role includes a strong focus on student engagement. He oversees major student-oriented events and initiatives that help build a deeper connection between students and the university, contributing to community development and long-term loyalty.
