Adele oversees a team of event managers and contractors across six countries and eight business portfolios, executing approximately 300 global events annually with a budget of $8 million. Her expertise in strategic planning, contract negotiations, and event technologies like Cvent, Microsoft Power App, and Power BI Dashboard enhances event efficiency and effectiveness. Before joining ION USA, she significantly increased business visibility at AIM Group International USA and held notable positions at Fourth Wall Events, MaxVantage/Maritz, and IQPC. A lifelong learner, Adele holds multiple certifications and continues to set the standard for excellence in global corporate event management. Born and raised in Bronx, New York, she is one of six sisters.
