Adele Farina is a distinguished global corporate event management executive with over two decades of experience. Renowned for her leadership and innovation, she has a proven track record in strengthening company brands and achieving strategic objectives. Her expertise spans various event types, including roadshows, galas, product launches, meetings, conferences, and VIP incentive events.

As a dynamic advocate for purpose-driven leadership, Adele connects events to larger social impacts. She is currently the Senior Director of Global Events and Strategic Planning at ION, a global fintech company headquartered in London. Adele oversees a team of event managers and contractors across six countries and eight business portfolios, executing approximately 300 global events annually with a budget of $8 million. Her expertise in strategic planning, contract negotiations, and event technologies like Cvent, Microsoft Power App, and Power BI Dashboard enhances event efficiency and effectiveness. Before joining ION USA, she significantly increased business visibility at AIM Group International USA and held notable positions at Fourth Wall Events, MaxVantage/Maritz, and IQPC. A lifelong learner, Adele holds multiple certifications and continues to set the standard for excellence in global corporate event management. Born and raised in Bronx, New York, she is one of six sisters.
