I bring over 25 years of experience in global event management, with a career dedicated to creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional experiences. In my role as Director of Events at IQVIA, I lead the Global Events team, across 4 countries, overseeing internal and external marketing events, industry tradeshows, and innovative virtual engagements. My focus is on ensuring every event delivers strategic impact and strengthens organisational reputation.

I am passionate about combining creativity with operational excellence. Through strong vendor partnerships, disciplined budget management, and streamlined processes, I work to build smarter, more efficient ways of working that enable sustainable success.

Collaborating and mentoring are at the heart of my leadership style—I strive to create environments of trust and growth, empowering teams to innovate and thrive. Coaching others and helping them unlock their potential is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

I live in Staffordshire, UK with my husband and our son, who is currently at university. Outside of work, I love travelling and exploring, design, architecture, and cultural experiences.
