Petr Tsoy

Petr Tsoy is an experienced event expert with 7 years of experience in B2B events. Starting as a conference producer in 2018, he co-founded Connectiva - a boutique event agency running 10–20 events per year across CEE by the end of 2021. Over time, he produced 30+ end-to-end B2B events across 9 countries, managed budgets up to €300K, built and led distributed teams across 4 countries, and scaled a portfolio from the ground up. His work spanned C-level conferences, industry summits, and community-driven formats, partnering with global hotel brands and working with 300+ speakers and 5,000+ attendees.

What sets his expertise apart is hands-on experience operating on both sides of the table: as a conference organizer responsible for production, logistics, and on-site execution, and as a company owner who had to justify event spend, prove pipeline impact, and make strategic portfolio decisions. That dual lens shapes how he evaluates what makes an event truly effective, not just well-run.

After leaving the agency in late 2025, Petr now works with B2B and SaaS companies as an independent event strategist, helping them build event programs that connect strategy, execution, and measurable pipeline impact. He is based in Prague and operates on a global scale.
