The 100 Most Influential Event Technology Professionals for 2024

Methodology

The public vote list included all nominations, submitted during the official nomination period (October 7 – October 14, 2024) and the late nomination period (October 14 – October 25, 2024);

The nomination process included selecting the nominee’s area of expertise from 5 different categories, as well as their main region of operation;

The public voting took place between October 14 and October 25, 2024;

The list is officially announced on October 31, 2024.

This public voting was restricted to people from the events community, where by submitting a vote one declared they were part of the events or related industry.

All voters had the opportunity to vote for up to 10 people;

The 100 Most Influential People in the Events Industry list has been determined based on the number of votes received for all nominees, in all categories and regions.

The following lists have been determined based on the number of votes received for each nominee and the nominee’s respective category selected during the nomination phase:

• The 100 Most Influential Event Professionals
• The 100 Most Influential Event Technology Professionals
• The 100 Most Influential Venue Professionals
• The 100 Most Influential Wedding Professionals

The following lists have been determined based on the number of votes received for each nominee and the nominee’s respective region selected during the nomination phase:
‍• The 100 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in Еurope
• The 100 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in the Middle East
• The 100 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in the US
• The 50 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in Asia
• The 50 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in the UK
• The 20 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in Australia and New Zealand
• The 20 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in Canada
• The 20 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in Latin America

In the case of equal voting results for any of the lists, the person with more nominations had an advantage. In the case of equal votes and nominations, both individuals were included in the respective list;

The results for each separate list are published in alphabetical order.
