Anna Czardybon-Szymańska

Anna Czardybon-Szymańska is an Event Manager and Communications Expert at ING Hubs Poland, driven by a passion for crafting meaningful event experiences. With more than 40 corporate events to her name – from boutique gatherings to large scale productions, both in person, online and hybrid – she specialises in experience design that puts the human to human approach at its heart.

She brings a strong background in project management across marketing and employer branding campaigns, along with hands on expertise in social media and storytelling. A dedicated advocate for creating valuable, relationship building content, Anna is known for blending strategy with creativity to deliver events that truly resonate.

Her work has been recognised with the CMO Awards 2024 in the Event Architect category, as well as the MP Power Awards 2021 for excellence in online celebrations (with El Padre agency). She also serves as a juror in the Event Visionary Awards, evaluating projects in the Effectiveness and Creativity category.
