Mateusz Czerwiński

He began his career in the meetings industry in 2008, working for MICE agencies on conferences and incentive events in Poland and abroad. He was one of the first in Poland to implement the BS 8901 sustainable meetings standard in his events. Since 2010, he has been responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities for Warsaw as a meeting destination, maintaining contacts with international clients, overseeing local MICE market research, and collaborating with the Warsaw academic community at the Warsaw Convention Bureau. From 2015 to 2018, he served as Director of the Warsaw CvB Department at the Warsaw Tourist Organization. From June 2018, he served as Vice President of WOT, becoming President of the organization's Management Board in November 2024. From 2016 to 2018, he served on the first Management Board of Site Poland. Three times (2019, 2024, 2025) he was awarded the title of one of the "100 Most Influential People in the Event Industry", and in 2025 he received the title of MeetingPlanner.pl Person of the Year in the Convention Bureau / Place Marketing Office category.
